Willburg Ultrasonic Labelling Machine
The ultrasonic labelling machine is designed to bring high-efficiency automation to your production line. As pots travel along the conveyor, each one pauses briefly in the ultrasonic unit. A label is then taken from the feed system and positioned precisely against the pot. At the same time, a counterholder secures the rim of the pot, and the ultrasonic head applies high-frequency energy to bond the label permanently to the surface. Once labelled, the pot moves on and the process repeats automatically.
