We offer a number of solutions depending on the type and style of tray you want to dispense:
Option 1: This double-stack polystyrene dispenser mounted on a 1.5m conveyor is a very effective system, it drops the whole stack to be dispensed onto the belt and then lifts the remaining stack upwards leaving the pair of dispensed trays and repeats this on demand. The mechanical trigger switch allows this dispenser to be placed in front of all styles of trayfillers.
Option 2: As above but for plastic trays with the extra movement to divide the trays apart by pneumatic rams. Again when dividing it lifts the remaining stack off the dispensed tray, thus giving a consistent and reliable service.
Option 3: Mosa RD55 Pot & Tray Dispenser. This tray dispenser uses the same method as option 2. The second part of the machine is for pots and tray inserts and uses the knife system, which slices off the pot or tray from the stack placed in the machine. This is again a very reliable system which eliminates the falling pot problem that can from time to time miss the target. The knife system also reduces the static problem that is the most common problem when gravity is needed to dispense the pot. We offer extra dispensing stations that allow you to use different tray types which help to minimise some of the time needed to set up.
