Tag Weld - the new award winning machine from Mechanical Botanical, Willburg Projecten and PPC Labels.
This unique labelling system does not use glue or staples to attach labels to pots, it welds the label to the pot using patented ultrasonic technology. This removes the need for slots in pots and the need to replenish a machine with glue, staples etc.
As well as being a cost effective labelling solution the Tag Weld system is ideal for eliminating customer tampering (label removal, label swapping etc). The fixing of the label to the pot is so strong that the label becomes an extension of the pot. This means it is impossible for a customer to remove the label from the pot without breaking it, making it immediately evident that the product has been tampered with.
