Germa 400 Traywasher
The Germa Tray Washer is a compact machine offering versatility in tray washing, offering a water recycling and filtration facility. Water may be recycled during the tray washing process or clean water can constantly refresh the tank as the used water is siphoned off the top of the tank. If used in the recycling mode, chemicals may be added to the water for tray sterilisation. The trays go into the cleaning section on their sides so that the water jets may easily reach the cells in order to clean them. For more thorough cleaning, the variable-speed input conveyor can be slowed down to allow more cleaning time.
The machine is easily manoeuvred around the nursery and safely stabilised by its four lockable castors. To help ensure years of hard service the Germa Tray Washer is made from stainless steel and offers a fully integrated tray washing system.
